Web Panda 5G can reach maximum speeds of up to 500Mbps, which are blazing fast speeds. However, maximum speeds cannot be guaranteed as several factors affect speed and quality of the connection which include, but are not limited to distance, weather, and interference around and within the property.

The Web Panda 5G service is designed to be used for your home or business, and MTN will lock the service to the address for where you place an order to use the service.
Yes. You will need to have your original barcoded Identity Document, as well as a valid proof of residence. You will also be required to have a copy of your ID and proof of residence available when your SIM is delivered, and you (the account holder) must sign for it in person.
Web Panda 5G has specific devices that can access the 5G service which have been network approved by the network provider. These devices are the: ZTE MC801A and the HUAWEI 5G CPE Pro 2.
If you order the 5G Router and SIM, we will preconfigure the 5G device that is shipped with your MTN 5G SIM – so you will not need to change any APN settings. If you order the SIM only, then you’ll need to change your APN Settings.
Yes, if you are currently on the 5G Pro and the 5G Pro+ packages, then upgrades can be facilitated via your Client Zone. You can upgrade your package anytime during the month, and then for the rest of the month you will be charged pro-rata.
