Call Channels or Concurrent Calls are how many calls you can make and receive at the same time from the same number without disturbing other lines.
Upon checkout, you will be able to select the amount of agents and concurrent calls you require. You will also be able to upgrade at a later stage within your Client Portal or by contacting us.
